This product is of very good quality (similar to pacifiers purchased at the pharmacy or drugstore). They adapt perfectly to the baby bottles, narrow-mouth. So this is not really what is stated in the title of the product, especially if one considers that the salmon, even organic, is not really the best fish for the health!
